dm v1.4.0/Style

New features added in v1.4.0:

• adds 'dm grep' which searches block-based CBM containers (like d64, d81) for a byte pattern taking into account the container's internal block/link based geometry. In this first version, the byte pattern can be expressed as a serialized hex string, as implicit petscii, or as explicit ascii. Example:

# searches for $a1 $b2 $c3
dm grep "$a1b2c3" disk.d64

# searches for $50 $49 $43
dm grep "pic" disk.d64
