dm v1.6.0/Style

v1.6.0 adds the 'dm cat' command, changes some 'dm ls' arguments around, makes other minor improvements to ;dm ls' and 'dm zip', and introduces a couple formalized concepts, "pet{asc}" syntax and "CBM $electors".
